NESAY does not answer a phone outside 9am – 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays. If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, the Victorian statewide homelessness line answers at any hour on 1800 825 955. Free, 24 hours. The call is directed to the nearest service. After hours it goes to Salvation Army Crisis Services.
